Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to lead daily production operations in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, manufacturing experience, and a passion for driving safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities: - Supervise daily manufacturing operations and production teams. - Plan labor, equipment, and production schedules to meet delivery goals. - Monitor safety, quality, productivity, and manufacturing performance. - Lead, train, coach, and develop production employees. - Improve production efficiency using Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles. - Coordinate preventive maintenance and resolve production issues. - Ensure accurate production reporting and compliance with company standards.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree required. - 4+ years of manufacturing experience. - Aerospace, machining, or forging experience. - Experience leading teams of 40+ employees. - Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma. - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Proficient with Microsoft Office and MRP/ERP systems. - Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and meet ITAR/EAR requirements.
