Position: -Dental office Front Desk-Treatment Coordinator
Location: River City Dental in St Cloud, MN
Office hours: Monday–Thursday 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Friday 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time position

Responsibilities:
- Welcoming patients and ensuring a smooth, friendly front office experience.
- Coordinating treatment plans and explaining them clearly to patients.
- Managing scheduling and patient follow-ups.
- Supporting the team with administrative and clerical tasks.
- Patient check-in/check-out and scheduling in Eaglesoft
- Answering phones and managing patient communication
- Insurance verification, submission, and billing support
- Maintaining an organized and efficient front desk flow
- Create a seamless and positive patient experience
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Reliability and consistency
- Positive, team oriented attitude
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer and phone skills
- Previous dental experience is required
