We are hiring an Operations Manager for our Brea, CA location. The board, the field team, and the revenue sit with you. You need three or more years managing operations or a field team, ideally in home services or plumbing and drains, plus hands on ServiceTitan experience or certification.
Who You Are:

- You are a clear communicator who holds people accountable and keeps the crew glad to work for you.
- You stay organized when the day goes sideways and fix problems early.
- You bring the proven ability to run several technicians and job sites at once.
- You bring a high school diploma or GED (business or operations degree a plus), Slack and Microsoft Teams knowledge, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.

- We are a portfolio of plumbing, drain, and home services brands.
- We run on ServiceTitan, so dispatching, invoicing, and performance live in one system.
- We are hiring confidentially and will share the brand name once we are talking.
What You Will Do Each Day:
- Run scheduling and dispatch in the ServiceTitan admin portal.
- Monitor active jobs for updates, notes, and accurate invoicing.
- Confirm supervisor coverage on high ticket work before first dispatch.
- Answer the field all day and check in with technicians.
- Review technician performance and deliver coaching and corrective action.
- Lead operations meetings and work with the office on parts and escalations.
