Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have some background in flooring, construction and restoration, with experience in various tasks including flooring installation, tile laying, applying polyurethane and general maintenance duties. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work effectively in customer's homes and commercial sites while adhering to safety protocols. Duties
- Assist in various construction projects, including cleaning and floor resurfacing
- having some experience with water damage restoration and floor care activities is a plus
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Maintain a clean image and be courteous on the job site
Requirements
- Proven experience in flooring and cleaning preferred
- Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and equipment related to flooring
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods all jobs are inside homes or commercial buildings.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
