We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Low Voltage Cable Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining low voltage systems across various commercial and industrial environments. Responsibilities
- Install, terminate, and test low voltage cabling including Cat5, Cat6, fiber optic, and other telecommunication wiring according to schematics and industry standards
- Conduct fiber splicing and optical testing to ensure high-quality data transmission across fiber optic systems
- Troubleshoot and repair low voltage systems utilizing diagnostic tools
- Read and interpret technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and network layouts to execute precise installations
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients, explaining technical issues clearly, and ensuring satisfaction throughout project completionRequirements
- Proven experience as a Low Voltage Cable Technician or similar role with a strong background in telecommunication and network wiring installation
- Knowledge of CCTV systems a plus
- Proficiency with computer networking concepts such as LAN setup, Ethernet cabling (Cat5/Cat6), network switches, Cisco routers, Juniper devices, and network diagnostics
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; willingness to travel between job sites as needed
- On occasion, there will be overnight travel and sometimes (but rarely) weekend work.
Our Customers range in location from Santa Barbara down to Orange CA. So your willingness to travel is a must.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
