Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Supervisor with experience managing overseas warehouses. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure inventory accuracy, coordinate international shipments, and lead a team to maintain efficient warehouse workflows in compliance with company standards.
Duties
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Manage overseas warehouse processes and inventory tracking.
- Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff, ensuring high productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels, minimizing discrepancies and stockouts.
- Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Implement and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS) and standard operating procedures.
- Prepare reports on warehouse performance, KPIs, and inventory metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and international shipping requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role, with overseas warehouse management experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and international logistics.
- Proficiency with warehouse management software and MS Office applications.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
