Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team in our manufacturing facility. This role involves secondary work in the spring manufacturing process. Mechanical background is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Operate spring grinders and equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform routine inspections and quality checks
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Operate spring testing equipment
Requirements
- Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
- Basic understanding of a working environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work with a diverse team
- Ability to work 8 hours per day
