Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Junior Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. Duties
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital and print media
- Support the organization and promotion of events, trade shows, and product launches to maximize brand exposure
- Engage with customers during events by providing product demonstrations and answering questions to foster positive brand experiences
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for customer engagement and lead generation
- Contribute to creating engaging content for social media platforms, newsletters, and promotional materials
- Help maintain relationships with clients and partners through excellent customer service and follow-up communications
- Support bilingual communication efforts to reach diverse audiences effectively
Experience
- Previous experience or coursework in marketing, communications, or related fields is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to speak confidently in public settings
- Experience in event marketing or organizing promotional activities is a plus
- Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and a positive attitude
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environments
