Interpret program performance data to provide key insights to PMO staff and engineering teams.

Prepare and deliver reports in strict compliance with Contract Data Requirements Lists ( CDRLs ) and Earned Value Management (EVM) formats.

Track cost, schedule, and resource allocation against established budgets and forecasts.

Assist Program Managers in identifying project risks and opportunities, executing mitigation plans as needed.

Support the preparation of financial briefings, executive presentations, and status reports for senior leadership.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in program controls, Earned Value Management (EVM), or program finance.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating dashboards and executive-level summaries.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively within both large and small project teams.

Prior experience with proposal development.

TS/SCI clearance preferred; must be eligible to obtain and maintain.

Competitive salary of $85,000 – $105,000 per year plus benefits.
