Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Upholstery Seamstress to join our vibrant manufacturing team. Responsibilities
- Operate sewing machines efficiently to assemble upholstery fabrics and materials with precision and care
- Cut, pattern, and sew fabric pieces according to design specifications and project requirements
- Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring seams are secure and surfaces are flawless
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace within the manufacturing area or warehouse
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship
- Assist in inventory management by tracking materials used and reporting supply needsExperience
- Proven experience in garment construction or upholstery sewing is highly preferred
- Skilled in operating various sewing machines, including industrial models
- Strong knowledge of sewing techniques, fabric handling, and material assembly processes
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is advantageous for understanding production flow
- Detail-oriented with excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Speaks English
Pay: $19.00 - $35.00 per hour
