We are currently seeking a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) for a female client for 12 hours per week, preferably during daytime hours.
Preferred schedule options include:
- Two days per week (Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday) for 6 hours per day
(8:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
OR
- Three days per week for 4 hours per day
Primary duties include:
- Light housekeeping
- Grocery shopping and errands
- Meal preparation
- Assistance with bathing
- Supervision and support with daily activities

Assisting clients with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, eating and toileting

Performing basic health care services such as checking patients’ pulse, temperature, and respiration rate

Helping patients with mobility and physical exercises

Preparing meals, including dietary considerations

Performing general household tasks, such as laundry, shopping and cleaning

Assisting with medication management as directed by a healthcare professional

Providing emotional support and companionship

Reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse or doctor
