Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, maintain high standards for food preparation and cleanliness, and contribute positively to a team environment. This role is essential in ensuring every dish leaving the kitchen meets Noble Hops’ standards for quality, taste, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and plate menu items to recipe and quality standards.
- Work stations efficiently during service (grill, sauté, fry, pantry, etc.).
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Assist with prep work, portioning, and stocking stations before service.
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with fellow cooks, servers, and management.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment and utensils.
- Support team members during busy shifts and step in as needed.
- Assist with closing duties and end-of-shift cleaning.
Qualifications
- Previous kitchen experience preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts (including evenings, weekends, and holidays).
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Food Handler’s Card (required or ability to obtain upon hire).

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
