Catering Event Sous Chef
Tasteful Affairs Catering is a family-run boutique caterer proudly serving the Northern Virginia area for 40 years. We are looking for friendly, energetic, and dedicated chefs to join our family and create exceptional catered experiences throughout Virginia, Washington DC, and beyond.
We are looking to hire a Catering Event Sous Chef as soon as possible for corporate and private events in the Virginia and DC area. The pay range for the Catering Event Sous chef position ranges from $20 to $28 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Responsibilites include:
- Plan, prepare and execute culinary offerings for catering events, ensuring the highest quality of food presentation, taste and overall culinary experience
- Manage all aspects of food preparation and kitchen organization to ensure seamless execution during events
- Setup and break down of kitchen space, including tables and Crescors
