Job Description/ Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Scratch baker
- Understands the basic mixing processes
- Adjusting oven temperatures
- Able to follow a recipe
- Able to listen and follow directions from a bakery manager
- Shaping dough
- Works well with others as a team
- Able to work independently
- Prioritization and organizational skills
- Has prior knowledge with measurements and conversions
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- MUST be flexible for days, weekends, and Holidays-- typical hours ~8am-4pm
