Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and organized Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This position combines warehouse responsibilities with logistics coordination, including inventory management, scheduling inbound and outbound shipments, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments for inbound shipping containers and outbound truckloads.
- Coordinate with carriers, freight companies, and warehouse staff.
- Receive, organize, and maintain inventory.
- Perform inventory counts and assist with inventory control.
- Prepare shipping and receiving paperwork.
- Ensure accurate data entry and record keeping.
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
- Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and transportation partners.
- Perform other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Previous warehouse and/or logistics experience preferred.
- Basic inventory management experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, and inventory systems preferred).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Forklift and Pallet Jack Experience
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

- Monday through Friday
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- No weekends
