Location: Mineral Branch (Littleton)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:45 AM–5:30 PM, with intermittent Saturdays (8:45 AM–1:30 PM) and occasional events outside normal business hours
Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt (40 hours/week)
Salary: $24.64/hr - $30.68/hr

The Assistant Branch Manager supports the Branch Manager in leading daily branch operations, developing employees, and delivering exceptional member experiences. This role serves as a key resource for staff and members, helping drive branch performance, support operational excellence, and foster a culture of service, accountability, and teamwork.
The Assistant Branch Manager acts as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Branch Manager and assists with coaching, scheduling, operational oversight, lending, and member escalations.
- Support daily branch operations and member service initiatives.
- Coach, train, and develop branch employees.
- Assist with employee scheduling and staffing coverage.
- Serve as an escalation point for member concerns and complex requests.
- Help achieve branch sales, service, lending, and growth goals.
- Support branch cash management, balancing, audits, and operational controls.
- Assist members with consumer loan applications and account services.
- Ensure compliance with credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Act as Manager on Duty when the Branch Manager is unavailable.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 3–5 years of banking, credit union, or financial services experience.
- Minimum 2 years of progressive branch operations experience.
- Experience with consumer lending and loan processing.
- Experience with advanced account services such as IRAs, CDs, HSAs, trusts, estates, and business accounts.
- Experience with vault operations, cash management, and balancing procedures.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to obtain or maintain NMLS registration and Colorado Notary Public designation.
