You'll be responsible for a variety of branch operations, including:
- Coordinating service and rental operations
- Dispatching technicians and managing work orders
- Processing billing and invoicing
- Supporting parts inventory and customer orders
- Maintaining rental fleet documentation
- Communicating with customers, vendors, and internal departments
- Assisting with facility and branch administrative operations
We're looking for someone with:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Administrative, dispatch, or customer service experience (preferred)
- Strong computer and communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Mechanical aptitude or forklift industry experience is a plus
Candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
