This position is in-person and in-office. We are seeking an energetic, highly analytical, and detail-oriented Import/Export Logistics Coordinator to join our International Purchasing Team. This role is focused on managing international container shipments from our overseas factories to customers worldwide.
The Logistics Specialist will coordinate ocean freight, monitor container movement, ensure proper documentation, and support timely global deliveries. The ideal candidate will have experience in international logistics, import/export operations, or freight forwarding.
Proficient in MS Office. Fluent in English; bilingual in Mandarin/Chinese. BS degree in Business or related field a plus.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage international ocean container shipments from overseas factories to global destinations
- Communicate with freight forwarders, steamship lines, customs brokers, and overseas partners
- Track containers from origin to final delivery and proactively address delays
- Prepare, review, and manage international shipping documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, ISF, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with international trade and import/export regulations
- Monitor transit times and provide shipment status updates to internal teams
- Resolve shipping discrepancies, documentation issues, and freight claims
- Maintain accurate shipment records and logistics reporting
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or related field (a plus)
- Proven experience in international logistics, ocean freight coordination, or import/export operations
- Experience working with containers and overseas factories strongly preferred
- Knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
