Demonstrate sales leadership for staff by playing an active role on the selling floor, team selling and coaching in the moment

Continuously motivate sales staff to meet sales and productivity goals

Demonstrate and in-depth knowledge of the merchandise, and develop product knowledge among selling staff

Collaborate with Store Manager to identify marketing opportunities and events to support sales

Resolve all customer complaints quickly and effectively

Ensure presentation of all displays, fixtures and all visual areas are reflective of current visual direction

Identify and communicate all store, staff and product and inventory concerns to Store Manager in a timely manner

Keep sales floor and merchandise neat, organized and stocked

Keep stockroom and inventory maintained and organized

Properly complete transfers, check-in orders, and follow all protocols and procedures

Recruit, train and develop staff ensuring all positions are filled in a timely manner with qualified personnel

Ability to meet all customer needs and guarantee customer satisfaction

Complete all required training programs

Ability to understand and adhere to all company policies and standards

Ability to take on Store Manager’s role when Store Manager is out
