Summary of position:
The School Psychologist provides psycho-educational services of a diagnostic-prescriptive and/or consultative nature for referred students from ages 3 through 21 and acts as a resource and consultant to school personnel.
Job Responsibilities (see attached job description for additional details):

Supports school personnel with the initial screening process to assist in determining appropriate assessments and methods for evaluations and determining special education eligibility.

Conducts the initial evaluation of students to determine if there is a psychological and/or psycho-educational basis to suspect exceptionality.

Re-evaluates exceptional students as needed.

Acts as chairperson of diagnostic and placement teams unless otherwise determined by special education supervisor.

Generates reports for all evaluated students.
Qualifications:

Pennsylvania certificate as required by the Department of Education.
Schedule:
Full-time, 8 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., 35 hours/week, 10 months/year

Bachelor = $52,919 to $81,690
