YesMeds is seeking a dynamic and results-driven 503B Compounding Pharmacy Sales Representative to join our team. This position involves B2B sales only (selling our compounded Semaglutide and compounded Tirzepatide GLP-1 medications to weight loss clinics, med spas, etc.)
Position Overview
This is a 1099 independent contractor sales position for individuals who have a current lead pipeline of businesses who buy compounded GLP-1 medication. If an individual does not already have established relationships with the below businesses, it will be the job of this contractor to establish their own pipeline of leads that include:
- GLP-1 Weight Loss Clinics
- Wellness Clinics
- Med Spas
- Functional & Integrative Medicine Practices
- TRT/HRT Clinics
- Chiropractors
- Aesthetic Practices
This is a high-income opportunity for someone who is well connected in the aesthetics industry, confident in sales, self-motivated, professional, and passionate about health, wellness, and business growth.
This is a remote position you can do from anywhere inside the United States. However, it is solely up to the sales rep how they would like to gather their own leads. Rep can cold call business online from home, or can physically walk into local Weight loss clinics. med spas, etc in your area and talk to them in person for the sale.
Responsibilities
- MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE SELLING COMPOUNDED GLP-1 MEDICATION
- Prospect and develop a pipeline of B2B clients including health spas, medical offices, and aesthetician practices
- Conduct in-person and virtual meetings to sell our 503B compounded GLP-1 medications
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target clinics, and healthcare organizations, increasing sales of our 503B manufactured GLP-1 meds.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure new business opportunities while ensuring mutual satisfaction.
Requirements
- Familiarity with the compounded GLP-1 landscape
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience
- Comfortable with cold outreach and networking
Compensation
- 1099 independent contractor position
- COMMISSION ONLY - based compensation. This is not a salary or hourly paid position. Sales reps do not get paid if they do not make any sales for the company.
- Opportunity to build recurring commission revenue through active clinic accounts
Commision Structure
- Recurring 10% commision on gross revenue of sales brought in by sales rep
- Our most popular Tirzepatide 75mg vial sells for $299 per vial, most clinics purchase between 10-50 vials each month
Pay: $100,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
