Pizzeria Fiamma is looking for passionate, hardworking, and experienced Pizza Makers and Short Order Cooks to join our growing team. We specialize in authentic New York-style pizza made with premium Italian ingredients and cooked in a wood-gas oven.

Position Responsibilities
- Stretch, prepare, and cook pizzas to company standards
- Prepare fresh ingredients and maintain prep stations
- Operate pizza ovens safely and efficiently
- Cook menu items accurately and consistently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
- Follow food safety and health regulations
- Work efficiently during high-volume service periods
- Assist with inventory, stocking, and kitchen organization
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
Pizza cook and pizza maker duties commonly include dough preparation, topping pizzas, oven management, sanitation, and maintaining product consistency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of pizza-making, line cook, or restaurant experience preferred
- Experience with New York-style pizza is a plus
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
