About the Role
This is an incredible opportunity for someone with the passion and drive to serve people. The Concierge shall undertake a range of functions to make sure our clients have an amazing homebuilding experience. Additionally, the role entails supporting the JSR leadership team and general office administration. The position calls for grace, professionalism, flexibility, and impeccable communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities
Concierge
- Greet and welcome all visitors professionally and warmly; make interactions personal
- Anticipate needs, create genuine connections, and turn interactions into memorable experiences
- Provide anticipatory service – read people, notice details, and fulfill needs before realized
- Maintain a client database of names, families, preferences, likes, dislikes, special events, etc.
- Obtain a deep understanding of JSR homes, communities, and the building process
- Provide “unreasonable hospitality”
Events & Gifting Coordination
- Create and execute a JSR client gifting program
- Create and execute a Business-to-Business gifting program (vendors, subs, realtors, etc)
- Procure gifts, promotional materials, and branded gifts
- Source one-off gifts for clients, employees, etc. for special occasions
- Coordinate company and employee events
Leadership Team (Executive) Assistance
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Leadership Team
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and the utmost discretion
- Assist Leadership Team with business and personal needs
- Calendar and Schedule Management
- Serve as a gatekeeper to minimize disruptions and distractions to the Leadership Team
- Communicate on behalf of the Leadership team and facilitate email correspondence
Office Administration
- Create a calm, beautiful, and inviting environment in the office and conference areas
- Stock refreshments, flowers, and seasonal décor
- Prepare the conference room and documents for client meetings
- Answer the main phone line, facilitate enquiries, and direct calls
- Order office supplies, receive packages, schedule office maintenance services
Marketing Administration
- Create and maintain company marketing calendar
- Develop and curate content for social media showcasing homes, finishes, and the JSR brand story
- Coordinate professional photography and videography sessions
- Monitor and respond to website and social platform inquiries; Hand off sales leads to Sales team
- Ensure available inventory is accurate and consistent across platforms, MLS, and communities
- Maintain home brochures and sales collateral
What You Bring
- Demonstrated experience serving High Net Worth individuals and C-Suite clients
- 5+ years relevant and/or analogous experience
- Excellent Microsoft Office, written and verbal communication skills
- Appreciation for real estate; luxury custom homebuilding experience preferred, but not required
- Previous experience performing a variety of office and administrative duties
- Highly dependable and consistent, with a strong work ethic
- A hospitality-first mindset with an instinct to go above and beyond without being asked
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
