Overview
We're seeking an experienced, hands-on leader to oversee daily operations, lead and develop our team, drive membership growth, manage budgets and projects, and help shape the future of one of Saipan's premier fitness facilities.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills with experience in hospitality, retail, operations, or general business management. Fitness industry experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all daily operations of the fitness center, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Supervise staff including trainers, front desk personnel, and maintenance teams to foster a motivated and high-performing environment.
- Coordinate events management such as fitness challenges, promotional activities, and community outreach programs to boost visibility and member involvement.
- Prepare detailed reports on performance metrics, member feedback, and operational issues to inform strategic decisions.
Experience
- Proven management experience in a hospitality or fitness environment with a focus on leadership roles
- Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
- Experience in shift management, guest services, and cash handling procedures.
- Familiarity with report writing for operational analysis and strategic planning purposes.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
