Job Overview
We are seeking professional, friendly, and service-driven Food Servers to provide an exceptional dining experience for our Club members and guests. The ideal candidate is attentive, knowledgeable, and passionate about hospitality, with the ability to deliver polished service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
· Greet and acknowledge members and guests promptly and courteously
· Provide attentive food and beverage service throughout the dining experience
· Maintain strong knowledge of menus, daily specials, wine lists, and beverages
· Offer menu and wine recommendations when appropriate
· Accurately take and communicate food and beverage orders, including special requests
· Properly pace and serve courses
· Ensure accuracy of checks, account numbers, and billing information
· Clear and reset tables between courses and after service
· Maintain cleanliness of dining rooms, server stations, and service areas
· Follow all Club policies and state/local laws regarding alcohol service
· Address guest concerns professionally and notify management as needed
· Perform opening, side work, and closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
· High School Diploma or GED preferred
· Minimum of two (2) years of comparable serving experience preferred
· Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
· Knowledge of food, wine, beer, and spirits preferred
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Requirements
· Food Safety Certification
· Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
· Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
· Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
· Comfortable working in a hot, fast-paced, and sometimes noisy environment

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
