Duties
- Conduct outbound calling and warm calling to prospective clients to generate leads.
- Utilize CRM software and Salesforce to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
- Engage in B2B sales discussions, focusing on technology and technical sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation.
- Participate in telemarketing campaigns to promote products and services.
- Develop negotiation skills to close deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Assist in business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Familiarity with CRM software and experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of negotiation techniques and business development principles.
- A willingness to learn about technology sales and marketing strategies.
