As a Lead Cleaner, you'll help ensure our client facility remains clean, sanitary, and presentable while supporting the on-site supervisor and team.
Responsibilities include:

Dusting offices and common areas
-
Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
-
Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms and high-touch surfaces
-
Emptying trash and replacing liners
-
Monitoring cleaning supply inventory and notifying management when replenishment is needed

Reporting maintenance or safety concerns observed during your shift

Assisting the supervisor with daily operations and helping ensure quality cleaning standards are met

Providing excellent customer service while maintaining a professional appearance and attitude
We're looking for someone who:

Is dependable with excellent attendance

Has strong communication and teamwork skills

Can interact professionally with clients, visitors, and coworkers

Takes pride in producing quality work with attention to detail

Can work independently with minimal supervision
Previous commercial cleaning or lead experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Stand and walk for extended periods

Bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive cleaning motions

Lift and carry up to 25 pounds

Perform routine cleaning tasks throughout the shift
