Registered Dental Hygienist :
We are an established group dental practice located in Durham, NC seeking a confident and experienced Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team full time. Our patient base remains PPO insurance and private pay only.

Responsibilities:
- Promote dental health through preventive and evidence-based practices.
- Examine, clean, and educate patients about their dental needs and treatment options.
- Scaling and root planing, fluoride, oral cancer screenings, periodontal charting, wellness scans via Itero
- Provide exceptional patient experiences and a professional chairside manner.
- Maintain precise records while ensuring compliance with state, federal, and industry regulations.
- Stay current on technologies and efficiencies within the dental field.
- Uphold the highest standards of care, ethics, and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Registered Dental Hygienist (Required)
- Active NC License in good standing, with no limitations or disciplinary history.
- Invisalign experience or willingness to learn/ grow
- Denticon Experience Preferred

Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly Pay Range: $50 - $60 + bonus opportunity

- No nights or weekends.
- Full-Time
- Hours: Monday - Thursday: 7:45 am to 4:30 pm, Friday: 7:45 am to 2:00 pm.
