The ideal candidate must provide leadership and management skills to oversee teaching staff. Candidate has an ability to understand and implement curriculum's. Candidate must know developmental needs of preschool age children. Key areas of responsibilities include, monitoring teaching staff, implement developmentally appropriate curriculum, work professionally with teaching staff on center needs and special needs of children, and develop working relationship with local school districts. Ideal candidates should have a bachelor degree in Early Childhood or related field and experience working with preschool age children.
