What You’ll Be Doing:
- Understand and follow the packing lists.
- Gather paper and raw craft supplies for children, measure, tie, count, and seal raw materials.
- Understand all processes necessary to assemble raw craft materials, paper, and patterns into bags and boxes appropriate to the number of children being prepared for.
- Follow established processes.
- Maintain a clean and neat work area.
- Always maintain a high level of quality, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Other duties may be assigned to meet company business needs
Scheduled Hours of Work:
- This employee is expected to arrive at work on time each scheduled day of work and complete duties as assigned.
- This is a full-time, 40-hours per week role. The shift schedule is as follows:
- Monday - Thursday: 6:30am - 4:00pm
- Friday: 6:30am - 10:30am
- No weekend shifts required.
- The position can be slightly flexible in time.

- This individual is expected to be a self-starter, who readily accepts responsibility and work assignments, promotes teamwork and interdepartmental cooperation, and resolves conflict through the use of tact and diplomacy.
- The essential functions of this position are accuracy, efficiency, organization, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- This position requires the employee to learn new job tasks and offer suggestions on how to improve overall performance with existing job tasks and assignments.
- Physical Requirements:
- Lift and carry up to 50lbs.
- Standing for long periods.
- Bending.
- Repetitive use of fingers and hands for reaching, grasping, and dexterity.
Pay: $17.00 per hour
