Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cosmetology and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hair services while creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere for our clients. The position is based on 50% commission on services and 10% on products. A hire bonus of $1,000 will be paid after successful completion of 1 year. Stylists must have existing clientele to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Provide a variety of hair services including cuts, colors, styling, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current trends in hair styling and techniques.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring clients feel valued and satisfied with their experience.
- Promote additional services through effective upselling techniques to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon environment, including front desk operations.
