Job Title: Yoga Instructor.
Location: Yoga sessions are held at Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana, 2d FSS Fitness Center
Schedule:-
4 Yoga classes per week are required.

These classes are also scheduled within the general operation hours of Monday through Friday, 06:00 to 18:00.
Duties:
As a Yoga instructor, you will guide participants through yoga practices focused on flexibility, strength, and mental relaxation.

Lead sessions that incorporate various yoga poses, breathing techniques, and meditation practices.

Provide modifications and adjustments to ensure all participants, regardless of skill level, can follow along safely.

Create a calm and welcoming environment conducive to physical and mental wellness.

Emphasize proper form and alignment to prevent injury.
Qualifications:

Must hold a current certification in Yoga instruction from a recognized organization.

CPR certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association is required.
Experience teaching yoga classes is strongly preferred
