The company is vertically integrated, with over 40 experienced professionals and in-house capabilities including acquisitions, asset management, leasing, operations, and development.
Position Overview:
The Data & Analytics Analyst will support the implementation, enhancement, and adoption of technology tools across the company, while also assisting with data management and visualization projects. This is an exciting opportunity to drive innovation and add value to a leading real estate investment firm through technology, including AI software, automation, and machine learning. The role will work closely with Acquisitions, Asset Management, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure effective implementation and alignment with business needs. The role will report to the Director of Data & Analytics.
Alterra IOS is based in Radnor, PA, and the Analyst is expected to be in the office Monday through Thursday.
