- Perform preventative maintenance to keep communities running smoothly
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents
- Document completed work in AppFolio
- 3+ year of maintenance or skilled trades experience
- Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
- Reliable, self-motivated, and customer-focused
- Valid driver's license
