At Home Apartments is seeking a driven, positive maintenance technician to join our team! We are a local ownership group, and own and manage four apartment facilities with the goal of expanding!
- Complete all work orders in a timely, professional, and courteous manner, and clean up thoroughly before leaving the unit, or at the end of each work session.
- Assist with upkeep of facility, including:
- Cleanliness of parking lot, grounds, picking up and maintaining interior and exterior property.
- Walking the properties regularly, identifying any maintenance or cleanliness items that might need to be addressed.
- Assist with apartment turns, this may include painting, small drywall repairs, cosmetic repairs, appliance servicing, and flooring repairs.
- Respond to emergency situations on short notice.
- Climb ladders and work at heights (flat rooftops and lifts)
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Follow all code, legal, OSHA, and compliance statutes
Previous maintenance experience in a residential setting is required. Experience with Appfolio is prefered.
Hours will be M-F 9am-5pm with variances of some Saturdays as needed for apartment turns or special projects.
Medical Insurance 90% paid by At Home Apartments (eligible first of the month following 60 days of employment)
Dental Insurance 90% paid by At Home Apartments (eligible first of the month following 60 days of employment)
88 hours first year prorated from starting date of employment

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
