About the Role:
Big Ben’s Moving and Storage is seeking a proactive and dependable On-site Manager to oversee the grounds of the property. This role requires high performance, maintain facility standards, and follow company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the on-site manager
- Perform audits, sweep outs, overlocks, auction prep, facility repairs, and landscape oversight
- Help drive timely completion of facility projects and initiatives
- Coordinate and oversee facility repairs and vendor logistics
- Review and approve facility expenses under $200
- Assist with delinquent accounts and auctions
- Provide regular performance updates to senior leadership
Who We’re Looking For:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive in resolving issues
- Comfortable using tech tools for scheduling and communication
Employment Details:
- Part-time, hourly position
- Based in Heber, UT
