**PAY BASED ON EXPERIENCE**
Russell-Murray Hospice is looking for a motivated Home Health Aide (HHA) to perform valuable personal care services for the most vulnerable patient population - Hospice patients. Duties of the Home Health Aide include personal care needs, bathing, dressing, meal preparation, feeding, exercising and light housekeeping. CNA Required. Ultimately, a successful Home Health Aide will provide excellent personal care and dignity to all RMH patients and families, will build strong relationships with patients and other staff, will follow direction of RN Case Manager for patient care and will report to RN Clinical Supervisor.

- Monday - Friday 8:30a - 4:30p

Responsibilities:
- Provides Personal care including but not limited to: bathing, shampooing hair, oral care, shaving, dressing, changing linens.
- Preparing meals and feeding patients.
- Utilizes equipment safely and effectively to meet patient needs.
- Follows RN Case Manager Plan of Care accurately.
- Reports changes in patient condition to RN Case Manager.
- Performs light housekeeping as needed.
- Provides emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Completes documentation appropriately and timely in accordance with Russell-Murray Hospice policies/procedures.
Requirements:
Must have the following:
- CHHA or CNA
- Valid driver's license
- Live within service area - 75-mile radius of El Reno
Nice to have:
- Experience with electronic medical records and electronic charting.
- Hospice/Home Health experience
