Apollo Animal Hospital is searching for an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. Apollo Animal Hospital has been providing excellent service and care since 1974.
Job expectations include:
· Ability to accurately schedule well visits, sick visits, euthanasia appointments and surgeries.
· Check in / Check out all appointments and surgeries. Process cash, credit card and Care Credit transactions.
· Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby, exam rooms and reception area.
· Animal health knowledge including vaccines, medications, health conditions and prescription diets.
· Check and return emails, voicemails and patient pet portal requests.
· Provide exceptional client support even during delicate and stressful situations.
· Experience with AVIMark software a plus but not required.
· Must be available Monday through Saturday. Schedule flexibility is essential as the needs of the clinic may change.
Pay: $15.50 - $17.50 per hour
