Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, to enhance guest experience.
- Upsell menu items to increase sales while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our fine dining standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math for processing payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, adhering to food safety standards.
- Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for new guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism to foster positive guest relations.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables during peak hours.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation protocols is essential.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
