We’re looking for an experienced carpenter who is dependable, takes pride in their work, and can work independently while maintaining the high standards our clients expect.
Responsibilities
- Perform all aspects of residential finish and rough carpentry.
- Complete bathroom, kitchen, and interior remodeling projects.
- Install trim, doors, cabinetry, flooring, and other finish materials.
- Read plans and execute projects with minimal supervision.
- Problem-solve on site and communicate solutions when issues arise.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers as needed.
- Represent the company professionally while working in clients’ homes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of residential remodeling or finish carpentry experience.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks without constant supervision.
- Strong attention to detail with high-quality craftsmanship.
- Experience working on luxury or high-end residential projects.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the day.
- Own basic hand tools (company provides larger specialty tools as needed).
