Certified School Bus Driver Incentives:
- $8,000 Sign-On Bonus if you are a driver with valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement, School Bus Endorsement, Air Brake Endorsement, and CA special certificate (School Bus)*
Non-Certified Driver Incentives:
- No Cost Training: All required training is provided at no cost to you-we invest in your success so you can start your new career.

Zūm is adding to our team of passionate people who are transforming student transportation. As school bus driver at Zūm, you will play an essential role in our local communities by providing safe and reliable transportation for students, using a combination of industry-standard tools and Zūm's proprietary platform.
Responsibilities include:
- Safely transport students to and from school, field trips, and other activities
- Operate vehicles safely, following regulations and company procedures
- Conduct vehicle inspections and report mechanical issues
- Maintain scheduled routes and timely performance
- Manage student behavior and ensure passenger safety
Requirements:
Certified Applicants:
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with School Bus (S) and Passenger (P) endorsements and CA School Bus Certificate (DL45)
- Three years of CDL experience and clean driving record
- Willingness to complete pre-employment screenings
Non-Certified Applicants:
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license for three years and clean driving record
- Ability to obtain a CDL with S and P endorsements - Training Provided.
- Willingness to complete pre-employment screenings
