Castle Farm Restaurant at The Kentucky Castle is looking for a motivated, organized and efficient individual to assist in making sure that our guests' meals arrive at their table in a timely and proper manner. You will work closely with the Chef and culinary team, as well as the Front of House staff to coordinate orders and communicate guests' needs. Availability for holidays is a must.
Duties:
- Knowledge of every plated dish
- Keeping communication with Kitchen and Manager on duty
- Knowledge of dining rooms, table numbers and seat numbers
- Communicating with servers about table marking before delivering dishes
- Delivering guest dishes with open hand service
- Assisting in polishing
