We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join a reputable, family-operated manufacturing firm based in Crystal Lake, IL. Following a recent expansion of their production site and a robust pipeline of upcoming projects, they are looking to strengthen their technical team.
Core Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve electrical issues within facility infrastructure and production machinery to ensure operational efficiency.

Analyze and utilize technical prints, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics for daily tasks.

Identify and fix faults in motor controls, PLC systems, sensors, drives, and various electrical hardware.

Execute routine maintenance, equipment enhancements, and necessary repairs to keep systems running smoothly.

Assist with the installation, testing, and initial startup of new electrical equipment to support production goals.

Maintain and service 480V 3-phase power systems as well as lower voltage control circuits.

Required Qualifications

At least 3 years of hands-on experience with industrial electrical systems in a manufacturing setting.

Proven ability to diagnose and repair PLC systems, with a preference for Allen Bradley platforms.

Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting 480V 3-phase electrical configurations.

Demonstrated skill in interpreting complex wiring diagrams and electrical schematics.

Strong analytical capabilities to solve technical problems and minimize equipment downtime.

Prior background in industrial, manufacturing, or general maintenance environments is highly desired.
