Role Summary:
We are currently seeking skilled professionals with a background in plastic injection molding to join our expanding production department. Applicants should possess a minimum of three years of hands-on experience within a plastic injection molding environment or comparable manufacturing settings.
Key Tasks and Accountabilities:

Execute mold and tooling changeovers for injection molding equipment.

Configure injection molding presses to initiate production cycles.

Oversee and resolve operational issues for a fleet of 12-24 machines to ensure consistent output quality.

Maintain die cleanliness post-production to help guarantee high-quality components for subsequent shifts.

Operate equipment utilizing magnetic, electric, and hydraulic clamping systems.

Third Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Compensation:

$23.68 – $26.64 per hour (commensurate with background)
Required Proficiencies:

Expertise in plastic injection molding processes.

Proven ability in mold, tool, and die setup.

Competency in interpreting technical blueprints.
