Looking for a reliable, detail-orientated warehouse associate, with great customer service skills, to work with our team in shipping and receiving. You’ll manage stock locations, move products, pull and stage materials for accurate counts and verify purchase orders. You’ll also unload and move pallets of materials on/off trucks and shelves while receiving direction from the warehouse lead or manager.
As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll assist with inventory counts, investigate discrepancies, weigh materials or products and record weight on tags and productions schedules, adhere to safety procedures, and perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean work area among other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· Possess High School diploma or GED and have general math skills
· Possess a forklift certification is a plus or be able to become forklift certified
· Responsible, accountable, and courteous in interaction, and conscientious in safety-related activities, inspections, and other requirements
· Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds; the ability to bend, stoop, crouch, sit, walk, talk, and hear; regularly requires the use of hands and fingers to handle and feel objects; and able to wear PPE.
· Must be 18 years of age or older
· Able to communicate, read, and interpret documents in English
