Job Summary

Duties
- Assist clients in accessing social services such as Medicaid and Medicare programs
- Conduct crisis intervention and crisis management to support residents experiencing urgent needs or emotional distress
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to encourage positive behavioral changes
- Supervise and mentor residents
- Document case progress, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records of client interactions and service plans
Skills
- Strong knowledge of crisis intervention strategies and crisis management protocols
- Proficiency in social work practices
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and empower residents through emotional hardships
- Supervising experience working with geriatrics
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism, empathy, and transparency
