This role also involves working closely with other members of the sales team to meet or exceed targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Duties
- Under the supervision of the Vice-President of Sales, develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives within the assigned scope.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and expand existing accounts.
- Analyze sales metrics to identify areas of improvement and drive data-based decision-making.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Service to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
- Actively participate in regular pipeline reviews, sales forecasting, and performance evaluations.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards in all sales activities.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting to senior management.
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in a sales role (typically 2-3+ years)
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, forecasting, and market dynamics
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Preferred
- Experience in the paper industry or printing industry
- Multilingual capabilities or international sales experience
