The Senior Vice President, Texas serves as the senior-most operational leader for the Texas market and functions as the General Manager over Dallas, Austin & Houston (projected to have ~35 offices by end of next year and 100+ over the next 5 years). This role carries full accountability for clinical and financial performance, market growth, provider experience, team engagement, and operational excellence across all Texas locations. This leader will translate enterprise strategy into disciplined execution at the market level, building systems that allow Texas to scale rapidly without breaking.
Market Ownership & P&L Accountability
Own full P&L responsibility for the Texas market, with accountability for clinical outcomes, financial performance, unit economics, and labor efficiency.
Operational Excellence & Scalable Systems
Conduct regular site visits to assess performance, coach leaders, and ensure consistent, best-in-class operations.
Growth, Denovos & Expansion
Partner cross-functionally (Clinical, Recruiting, HR, Finance, Real Estate) to ensure offices open on time and ramp efficiently.
Strategic Partnerships & JV Leadership
Provider Flywheel & Clinical Partnership
Own the provider flywheel for Texas: hiring, onboarding, ramping, retention, performance management, and efficient backfilling.
Leadership, Talent & Culture
Foster a high-performance, mission-driven culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder & Community Engagement
Build trusted relationships with community partners, referral sources, JV stakeholders, and local healthcare leaders.
