Steel Project Manager
Skilled Trades Partners is currently recruiting for a direct hire opportunity with a well-established and growing structural steel contractor seeking an experienced Steel Project Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in structural and miscellaneous steel fabrication and erection who is looking for long-term stability, challenging projects, and career growth.

- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Monitor project progress and resolve issues proactively
- Communicate with clients, engineers, architects, and field teams
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
- Oversee structural and miscellaneous steel fabrication and erection processes
- Maintain project documentation and reporting
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in construction
- Strong knowledge of structural and miscellaneous steel projects
- Experience with steel fabrication and erection processes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with project management software
- Experience with BIM or welding/fabrication is a plus
