A well-established manufacturing company specializing in advanced industrial components for a variety of sectors. They are seeking a Manufacturing Production Specialist to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Manufacturing Production Specialist:

Operate equipment and follow process instructions to form ceramic and refractory components

Assemble materials and produce finished products from raw materials
-
Participate in hands-on training to improve process knowledge and skills

Maintain a clean and safe work area while adhering to safety procedures

Track production and communicate any issues to leadership

Place finished goods on designated pallets and complete required documentation
Your skills and experience:

Strong attention to detail and quality standards

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Mechanical aptitude with hand and power tools

Good time management and ability to follow instructions

Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual tasks

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
